As part of a cooperative partnership, we are pleased to announce our collaboration with Clean Capital AG in Austria.
Clean Capital is an Austrian corporate group which specializes in investments of renewable energy projects. In the process of the acquisition, we take over the management and operation of its facilities.
The Clean Capital Team has many years of experience in transactions and excellent contacts to the renewable energy market. The investment concepts of Clean Capital are flexible, innovative and adjusted to the requirements of the investors. In the past, Clean Capital was able to complete photovoltaic projects for investors in Germany and Italy successfully.
All projects are carefully selected and the compliance with our quality standards is ensured. Clean Capital’s philosophy is to acquire completed facilities with a valid power purchase agreement. A positive legal, fiscal and technical due diligence are further essential conditions for the acquisition.
