Assistant / Reception and Administration Full or Part Time
Wanted! Motivated new Team Member for our Office in Pfaeffikon, SZ
Your duties will involve the following:
• Maintain reception area
• Welcome guests in a warm and confident manner
• Schedule meetings and appointments of management world wide
• Answer phone, screen and transfer calls appropriately
• Take messages and relay requests to the responsible people
• Receive, sort and arrange for dissemination of mail and deliveries
• Arrange courier mail and regular mail
• Photocopy, scan, print and bind documents
• Do simple book keeping and organizing mail, invoices and receipts
• Do simple correspondence
• Provide admin support to the team world wide
• Manage extensive travel arrangements
• Support in arranging internal and offsite events
Key Competencies:
• Solid experience in secretarial and administrative tasks, as well as a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
• Ability to work independently, providing support to the team in a timely and efficient manner, often under pressure and to the highest quality
• The job requires strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
